Hello,
We have a 16 year old now, and pretty soon my family will need a 3rd car. I have a thing for station wagons, and I also have a requirement that my cars are manual transmission...both of those things really limit my options.I'm seeing a small number of higher mileage BMW 3 & 5 series manual transmission wagons for sale on a few automotive web sites. I've never owned a BMW, but I've heard that maintenance costs are high, and I don't want to end up in a car that's a money pit. I'm not hard on cars, my current Acura TSX has 100k miles on it and honestly looks nearly new. What sorts of potential problem areas should I look for in a 100k+ mile BMW, and are maintenance and repair costs really as high as I've heard that they are?
Please help
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
