Auto Approve Webshop Order

Hello,

I would like webshop orders initiated by the buyer to be auto approved and the payment transferred to the webshop owners account automatically without any further intervention from the webshop owner. Is this possible?
If this configurable for orders initiated by the webshop then this is fine too. Whichever option is possible and configurable now would be great.

Please help.
