Hiii...
Took my new (4000 miles) Civic to two body shops today. Both agreed the back bumper needs to be replaced. The first shop also recommended replacing the rear quarter panel. The second shop said, that if it was their brand new car, they would fix the rear quarter panel, since there isn't a break in it. They said they could pull it out (going through the trunk?)...and that replacing it would make it more susceptible to problems in the future, such as corrosion.
Cost is not a factor, the at fault party's insurance will pay for it. I just want the car restored as close as possible to it original state.
Is it better to repair, if possible?
Thanks!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
